Our 4-5 year old children had a wonderful time visiting the library. Children were so excited about the walk to the library they talked about all sorts of books they thought of borrowing from the library. We talked about the rules we need to follow when we go to the library- no running, walking feet and holding hands while walking on the way.
When we reached the library, children were busy looking at the books and they wanted to borrow so many books. After staying for a while in the library we came back. On the way back to the daycare centre, children sang songs and talked about the books they saw at the library.
Overall it was a fun and new experience for the kids to all go to the library and read books with their friends.
